Strategy & growth
Jonas Barthel
Co-Founder & CEO
Jonas leads QMS strategy, funding and business development. He is building the foundations to turn our technology into a sustainable business.
Before QMS, Jonas gained hands-on IT security experience as a working student in cybersecurity at TOI TOI & DIXI. Internships with the investment team at High-Tech Gründerfonds and in technology and transaction consulting at valantic broadened his perspective on financing and business development. He studies computer science with a minor in physics at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf.
Technology & delivery
Christian Owusu-Afriyie
Co-Founder & CTO
Christian leads product development and the technical delivery of our projects. He guides the architecture work and brings our solution into practical use.
Before QMS, Christian worked as a research associate and project manager at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT, after gaining experience in technology consulting at valantic. Earlier roles at Akkodis and Dürr introduced him to driver assistance systems and industrial data analytics. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering, information technology and technical computer science from RWTH Aachen University.
Sales & operations
Felix Mausberg
Founders Associate
Felix leads sales and internal operations, from finance and people matters to the organisation of day-to-day work.
Before QMS, Felix led process management and automation and managed the S/4HANA transformation at DKV Mobility. He then worked independently as a consultant for project, process and IT management. He holds a master’s degree in IT management and an MBA from WHU, focusing on finance and management.
